When You Can Request a Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • The product was damaged or defective on arrival
  • The item is incomplete or not as described

Return requests must be made within a specific number of days from delivery. Please provide the order number, your contact details, and photos or descriptions of the issue.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Products not in original condition or missing packaging
  • Return requests made after the allowed timeframe
  • Personal dislike of size, color, or design if the product is correctly delivered

All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please include your full name, order number, and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process. In most cases, you may need to return the item via courier.

Refund Method

As we operate through Cash on Delivery (COD) only, refunds are issued in cash. Once the returned item is received and confirmed to be eligible for refund, we will arrange a cash return or a method agreed upon with you.

Refunds are not issued through bank transfer, card, or digital wallet.

Exchanges

If the item you received is incorrect or damaged, and you prefer a replacement, we will ship the correct item subject to availability. If not available, we may offer a refund or suitable alternative.
